782 independent reviews
We don’t write our own testimonials. Everything below sits on platforms we don’t control, where customers can say what they like and we can’t remove it.
Where to read them
- Trustpilot — 4.9 out of 5, from 299 reviews. 94% five star. Read them on Trustpilot
- Google — 4.9 out of 5, from 257 reviews. Read them on Google
- Checkatrade — 9.78 out of 10, from 226 reviews. 66 of those in the last twelve months. Read them on Checkatrade
That’s 782 reviews across three independent platforms, all still being added to. We’d rather send you there than quote ourselves.
What people say most often
Read enough of them and the same four things come up again and again.
Nobody was sold to. The comment that appears most is about what didn’t happen — no commission-driven salesperson, no discount that expires at midnight, no pressure to sign on the day. We survey, we quote, you decide.
The same people throughout. We don’t subcontract. Every installation is carried out by our own employed teams, which is why the person who surveys your roof and the people who fit the system work for the same company.
The price didn’t move. Written, itemised quotes that don’t develop extras once the scaffolding is up.
It was quicker than expected. Most domestic installs are finished in one to two days on site.
And what we get pulled up on
It would be odd to publish 782 reviews and pretend they’re all glowing.
The criticism that comes up most is scaffolding staying up longer than it should after an install is finished — occasionally the better part of a week. It’s a fair complaint, it’s largely down to scaffold contractor scheduling, and we’re working on it.
A smaller number of customers have waited on a part, and some have asked for a single named point of contact across the whole project rather than passing between stages. Both are reasonable, and both are things we’re changing.
