The process we went through to get our solar panels was really good. We actually had them installed sooner than we had expected. The team kept us appraised all along the way. We have had lessons on how to use the system and are already seeing the benefits of making the switch to solar.
Jason and the team at DES installed a new Victron system for me. They worked very hard ahead of time to design a well balanced 9kw system and the prep work paid off with an incredibly smooth 2 day install. The on site crew were professional at all times and made short work of a complicated install. A few minor niggles on the way through was inevitable but they were all resolved quickly and courteously. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
